Home Staging Tips

Home Staging Tips

Home Staging is the Most Important Step in Getting You The Most Money When Selling Your Home
Studies have shown a home buyer falls in love with a home in the first 5-10 seconds of walking into it. That is why the first impressions are the most important. You won't ever get those first 5-10 seconds back. So the first impression is the most lasting for a home buyer. What we do for our Sellers is we help look thru the lense of what a buyer is seeing when they first walk thru their home. That is why we want buyers to instantly fall in love when they walk in. We work hard to get our clients the most money possible for their home with the smoothest transaction possible, a complete staging, get any repairs completed to help the home sell. We will pay for all repairs and take the cost out at closing if that is the most convenient and gets our clients the seller the most money possible with the quickest turn around time. Our goal is to get the home staged, cleaned any repairs done, get your home listed on friday and by sunday presenting multiple offers to you. Our goal is to make it the least amount of stress possible.
Staging Does Matter!! We take pride in making our homes we sell, look the best they possibly can.
Before Staging
What does your home say when someone walks in instantly. Can they see themselves living here? That is the goal.
After Staging
Is it a clean look? Uncluttered? Do you picture your furniture here?
Can you See Yourself Living Here?
Do we love pets? Do we need to hide the toys and take the pets out for showings? Yes! Because its about making the new buyer comfortable.
Would 1-2 small repairs help you get more money for your Home?
